Anne Sullivan

Anne Sullivan is best known for being the teacher and companion of Hellen Keller.  Anne and her brother James were admitted to the Almshouse in 1876.  Her brother passed away 4 months later, but she remained until 1880 when she transferred to the Perking School for the Blind.
